- Mentor senior engineers
- Improve software quality

Qualifications
Required
- 15+ years software engineering experience
- 10+ years architecture experience
- Expert-level C# and .NET expertise
- Experience modernizing enterprise platforms
- Experience designing distributed systems
- Strong financial systems experience preferred
