Our story
A8 Core™ is the next-generation evolution of a platform already proven at scale. Its founder, Todd Yancey, founded Investor Services and architected the Investor Services Cloud Platform (ISCP)™ — a real-time, zero-trust platform delivering API-driven Digital Asset Custody-as-a-Service.
ISCP scaled to 2.3 million accounts and $16B+ in assets under custody, trusted by next-generation financial-services leaders including Acorns, Charles Schwab, LendingClub, and Wealthfront.
A8 Core™ takes everything learned building and running ISCP and reimagines and rebuilds it as the unified account operating system for fintech, wealthtech, retirement, private markets, digital assets, and private funds. The premise is simple: every fintech rebuilds the same account plumbing — opening, funding, beneficiaries, tax forms, compliance records — the unglamorous core that has to be right before anything else can ship. We built A8 Core™ so teams don’t have to: one regulated-infrastructure account core that handles every account type — IRAs, HSAs, trusts, custodial, brokerage — for any number of institutions, with the evidentiary records regulators expect already in place.
