Compliance Risk Lead
Build and own the compliance and risk program for regulated financial infrastructure — and the evidentiary record that proves it.
Why this role exists
Build and own the compliance and risk program for regulated financial infrastructure — and the evidentiary record that proves it.
A8 Core™ sits at the center of regulated money movement and account administration, serving institutions that are themselves examined. This role builds the program that lets them trust the platform: BSA/AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, fair-lending and UDAAP awareness, and the prohibited-business policy that defines who the platform will and will not serve. Compliance here is not a checkpoint bolted on at the end — it is built into the product, and you own that thesis.
What you’ll own
Financial-crimes program
- BSA/AML policy, OFAC and sanctions screening, and the KYC/KYB onboarding controls.
- Transaction monitoring and suspicious-activity processes.
Regulatory posture
- Fair-lending (ECOA / Regulation B) and UDAAP awareness, and alignment with model-risk expectations such as SR 26-2.
Risk & policy
- The prohibited and restricted business policy, and the risk framework that governs onboarding decisions.
