Be the technical bridge between A8 Core™ and the institutions evaluating it — from first demo to first production transaction.
Enterprises buy infrastructure they can prove works. This role runs the technical side of every evaluation: demonstrating the platform, designing the integration, building the proof of concept, and getting the customer to production. You translate A8 Core™’s capabilities into a specific customer’s architecture, and you carry their reality back to Product and Engineering.
What you’ll own
Technical pre-sales
- Demos, architecture discussions, and evaluations that turn interest into conviction.
- Proofs of concept that show the platform working against a customer’s real use case.
Integration delivery
- Solution design, onboarding, and the path to a customer’s first production launch.
Enablement
- Reference architectures, sample integrations, and developer guidance that make adoption fast.
Feedback loop
- The channel that brings customer needs and friction back into the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical evaluations and design integration architectures for prospective customers.
- Build proofs of concept and sample integrations against A8 Core™’s APIs.
- Support customers from evaluation through to their first production transaction.
- Partner with sales to win the technical decision and remove blockers.
- Produce reference architectures and enablement assets that scale beyond any one deal.
- Feed structured product feedback from the field to Product and Engineering.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years in solutions or sales engineering, integration, or a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong API and integration skills, and the ability to read and write code in a modern language.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or fintech, selling or integrating technical products.
- Excellent communication — able to move between a developer’s questions and an executive’s.
Preferred
- Financial-services, payments, or accounts domain knowledge.
- .NET familiarity and experience with developer-facing APIs.
- A history of taking integrations all the way to production.
