These terms govern your use of the A8 Core™ website operated by Financial Infrastructure, Inc. (“A8 Core™,” “we,” “us”). Your use of the A8 Core™ platform and APIs is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Acceptance
By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it other than as permitted, or use it to develop a competing product by improper means.
3. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — including the A8 Core™ and A8 Core™ marks, text, graphics, logos, and the camera-aperture mark — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. The platform and related IP remain solely with Todd Yancey. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
4. Platform & API access
Access to the A8 Core™ platform, APIs, and developer credentials is provided only under a separate written agreement and is subject to our prohibited & restricted businesses list. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide regulated financial services.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
